Role Purpose
At EZRA, we are on a mission to make professional coaching accessible at scale. We combine world-class coaches, technology and behavioural science to help people strengthen their leadership and achieve meaningful, lasting change.
Our coaches sit at the heart of what we do. They bring our propositions to life, shape the participant experience and help customers realise the impact of coaching across their organisations. We are looking for an exceptional leader to oversee our global Coaching Services function and shape its next stage of growth.
The SVP, Coaching Services is accountable for the global strategy, performance and leadership of EZRA's Coaching Services function, bringing together coach network management, coach operations, and professional development under one global leader.
The SVP will lead a large, geographically distributed coach community and the teams responsible for recruiting, onboarding, engaging, managing and developing it. They will ensure EZRA has the right coaches, in the right markets, with the right capabilities to deliver outstanding customer programmes at scale.
This is a strategic and operational leadership role with responsibility for coaching quality, workforce planning, and delivery performance. The successful candidate will combine operational discipline with a deep commitment to coach engagement and will be a credible senior partner to customers and leaders across EZRA.
Key Responsibilities
• Set the global direction and priorities for Coaching Services, translating EZRA's business goals into clear plans, targets and decisions.
• Lead and develop the Coaching Services leadership team, creating clear accountability, strong collaboration and consistent standards across regions.
• Design the size, shape, location and capabilities of the global coach network to meet current demand and future growth.
• Assess and recommend our global coach rates, to ensure we continue to be competitive within the market.
• Build a strong, connected coach community through clear communication, meaningful engagement, professional support and opportunities to contribute to EZRA's growth.
• Set and maintain coaching quality standards, performance frameworks and governance across regions and propositions.
• Oversee coach assessment, development, mentoring, supervision, and upskilling, using feedback and data to improve quality and delivery.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Delivery and other senior leaders to ensure decisions are practical, scalable and commercially sound.
• Represent Coaching Services with strategic customers and support major sales opportunities, RFPs, complex programmes and critical escalations.
Role Requirements
You are an experienced senior leader who has led complex global service delivery, talent marketplace or professional services functions. You combine strategic thinking, operational depth and strong analytical and influencing skills.
You will bring:
• Significant senior leadership experience in coaching, learning, talent, professional services or technology-enabled services.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams or communities and building strong leadership teams.
• A strong track record in global operations, workforce planning and scalable service delivery.
• Experience establishing quality standards and building engagement across a distributed freelancer network.
• Strong commercial judgement and credibility with senior customers and complex sales opportunities.
• The ability to lead effectively in a fast-moving, evolving organisation.
A coaching qualification or ICF credential would be advantageous but is not essential. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of coaching quality and impact.
Our Commitment to Inclusion
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse team where everyone has a voice and feels able to be themselves. Valuing our differences strengthens our culture and helps us achieve more.
Our Expectations
We hold our leadership to the same standards we set for the business: be accountable, be transparent, keep raising the bar.
• We expect you to make decisions with conviction — and own the outcomes, good or bad.
• We expect you to build others up, not just deliver results yourself.
• We expect you to tell us what we need to hear, not what we want to hear.
• We expect you to model the culture of accountability and continuous improvement you are building.
Leadership Principles
These principles apply at every level of leadership in our organization:
Be crystal clear
Make the call
Connect the dots
